When booking a consultation we process the following data:
Purpose of processing: Arranging the booked consultation, confirming the appointment and communicating with you before and after the consultation.
Legal basis: Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention period: We retain data for the period strictly necessary to carry out the consultation. If after the consultation you do not continue working with us and do not create an account in our system, we delete your personal data within 30 days of the completed consultation.
If you decide to continue working with us and register in our system, the processing of personal data is governed by separate terms to which you will consent at registration. This consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Texts you attach to a booking or share during a consultation are used exclusively for analysis and preparation of a response for your specific situation.
We do not use these texts to train AI models, do not store them in shared databases and do not pass them to third parties. We recommend anonymising names and other sensitive identifiers where the nature of your text allows it.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We use only trusted processors (e.g. email service providers for sending confirmations) who are bound by a data processing agreement.

This website uses only technically necessary cookies (session cookie for login, CSRF protection). We do not use analytical or advertising cookies.
