3C Methodology

Most people in conflict react instinctively. They respond to emotions, argue about feelings and let themselves be drawn into a spiral with no way out. The 3C system works differently: it operates with what was said, written and documented.

Context

Context

The aggressor picks only what suits them from reality.

When your boss says "you are always late", or the opposing party in court writes "you never took care of the children", these are absolutising claims without evidence. They deliberately omit context: exactly when, how often, under what circumstances, what they are comparing to what.

Avalanche identifies each such statement and automatically suggests questions that fill in the context. Once you restore the context, the manipulative claim collapses on its own. You do not need to shout, you just need to ask.

Real-life example
Statement: "He never took care of the children."
Adding context: In what period? By what criteria? Are there school reports, doctor records, witnesses who can confirm or refute this claim?
An absolutising claim without a time frame and definition of "taking care" does not hold up once specific questions are asked.

Consistency

What they say today must match what they said a year ago.

Manipulative people contradict themselves. In January they agreed to the terms, in March they claim they never agreed. In one email they thank you for the collaboration, in the court filing they write that the collaboration never existed. You will not notice on your own, because there are dozens or hundreds of those messages.

Avalanche goes through the entire communication history and creates a timeline of statements. Every new statement is compared with what was said before. Contradictions are immediately visible and documentable with a date and page number.

Real-life example
January 2024: "I agree with the proposed schedule."
March 2024: "I never agreed to any schedule."

Compensation

Every attack must receive a response. But not a counter-attack.

A counter-attack escalates. Silence is interpreted as consent or weakness. The only correct reaction is compensation: precise naming of what happened, without emotions and without personal attacks, so that it is defensible in court, before your boss and before your own family.

Avalanche suggests responses in various tones, always built on facts from the text. Formal tone for court filings, assertive for workplace disputes, calm for family situations. The response never slides into personal attacks and does not worsen your legal position.

Real-life example
Attack: "You are incompetent and should leave."
Compensation: "Your assessment contains no specific examples or measurable performance criteria. I request written feedback with specific points, deadlines and measurable targets."
No emotions. No counter-attack. Only a request for specific facts that is fully defensible.

Why it works

Manipulation relies on three things: incomplete information, self-contradiction over time and emotional superiority. The 3C system systematically dismantles all three. You do not need to be a lawyer or psychologist. You need structure and documentation.

Unlike the classic "how to defend yourself" approach, we do not work with emotions or feelings of grievance. We work exclusively with text: with what was said, written and documented.
